Sponsoring a horse provides you a unique opportunity to make a difference in the life of a rescue. Your generous gift will be applied directly towards feed and hay, medical treatment, rehabilitation, training and anything else your sponsored horse might need during their stay at H.O.P.E. Acres Rescue.

Through a sponsorship, you can help nurture a horse through its recovery from neglect and abuse, sharing its healing journey until it is ready for a new home. For long-term residents, which are often senior animals with chronic health conditions, sponsorships are vital contributions to their ongoing care.

Making a Connection

Depending on how hands-on you want to be as a sponsor, a sponsorship means comfort and companionship. More than just monetary support, a sponsorship is an opportunity to bond with and help care for your sponsored horse. For those who may be inexperienced in horse ownership, a sponsorship is an excellent way to get a feel for owning a horse prior to adoption. Or, if you are currently unable to own a horse of your own, it is also a wonderful way to bond with one of these special creatures and make a positive impact on its life. We encourage sponsors to regularly spend time with their horse, give them individualized attention and actively participate in their care (although that is not a requirement; you are more than welcome to visit if and when you can).
